As announced on July 12, 2019 Bosch has reached an agreement with the CVC Capital Partners (CVC) to sell its division Bosch Packaging Technology. CVC and Bosch successfully concluded the sale and the closing is therefore official.

We want to reassure you that the sale will have no effect on our existing business relationship. CVC supports our strategy and intends to develop the company further in the longterm. All projects and existing agreements will continue unchanged. Your contact persons will remain the same.

We are pleased to inform you that the new name of Bosch Packaging Technology is Syntegon.

Come annunciato il 12 luglio 2019, Bosch ha raggiunto un accordo con CVC Capital Partners (CVC) per la vendita della sua divisione Bosch Packaging Technology. CVC e Bosch hanno concluso con successo la vendita e la chiusura è quindi ufficiale.

Vogliamo rassicurarVi del fatto che la vendita non avrà alcun effetto sul ns. rapporto commerciale esistente.
